Perfect for Traveling Healthcare!

This little studio was perfect for the six months I was contracted to work in San Diego. It was 10 minutes away from my hospital- which was amazing! It was very quiet, which was nice. I loved that it had a full kitchen with an oven! As a traveler, frozen dinners get old quick. So, I really appreciated the oven. Parking was no problem. I would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

I truly appreciated the time I have stayed here! I felt very comfortable and safe! Close to Kensington and Mission Valley so lots to do. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Shawna and Sal were always so responsive and never hesitated to help if I needed it. Would stay here again!

Amazing Stay

The owners of this property are such a pleasure to work with. They were fairly easy to get a hold of, despite not being on-site. Their relative lives in the front of the house. The unit is kept extremely clean and has a lot of amenities and thought put into a lot of detail into making you comfortable. Everything feels new as well as very clean. Extra linens, as well as a cleaning service. It's extremely quiet in the neighborhood and also there is plenty of parking. My only (small) complaint is how uncomfortable the bed is, but we added a mattress topper and brought our own pillows. I also don't understand why they insisted on painting the unit when we had a lease there, and changed it to a really bright unappetizing teal. These are minor things, but things to consider when you are a burnt out healthcare worker just trying to rest and relax.

Wonderful 6 Month Stay

I am a travel nurse and stayed at this lovely casita for 6 months. The landlords are so responsive and kind, always making sure to go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable! Every time I had a question or concern, they were always able to get right back to me! While it is a studio, they were able to use the space beautifully, where it still feels clean, roomy and inviting. The cleaning service that comes every other week does an incredible job and keeps the place immaculate! The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, which was perfect for someone who works nights like me. They also put on neighborhood events that are so much fun! The neighbors are so sweet and always made sure I felt welcome! There are also tasty restaurants all around the area, for those who are foodies like me! As far as parking, theres a gated spot in the back driveway and an open spot in the alley - youll never have an issue! Overall, it was an amazing stay and Id absolutely go back!!
