SAFE, AFFORDABLE and Stylish
This home is just what I needed. I feel privileged to live here! I came to CA. to MAKE MONEY. Not live like a Kardashian. I was asked to write this review because of the ugly statement that K wrote below. K wrote the FALSE review as revenge becuz the LL held her to the terms of her lease. The LL is correct, she rushed to move in, then tried to skip out early. When the office manager told her she couldn't BREAK HER LEASE without penalty, she went to the other nurses to stir up controversy. Im embarrassed she wrote this & sad as it makes ALL NURSES LOOK BAD. Yes, the neighborhood can be noisy, but as a working professional who CHOSE TO WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT for extra money I understand the world is not going to stop to accommodate my sleep schedule. The WIFI is a FREE COURTESY. K wanted to do VIDEOS for social media & thats why she was angry about the cameras. When the WIFI didn't allow her to make videos easily she complained. Im truly embarrassed by her actions.
Very Nice Property, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, Great Management team
I have been in the medical field for over 32 years and have been traveling for the last decade. I have resided at this property several time with the most recent as of January 2022. Also well before it was posted on Furnished Finder. This home is simply beautiful. The staff is quick to respond, the place is gorgeous, even better than my own home, and it was very close to the hospitals that I worked.; Centinela, Martin Luther King Jr, and Cedar Sinai. If you're a traveling nurse, and want to SAVE ON RENT, have PAID UTILITIES in a wonderful home with a GREAT STAFF. Rent this one. I left a review before but it was never posted, so the Property Manager asked me to leave it again. This group is A+ Thank you for re-posting this one.

I stayed on the second floor of this home. I was very surprised to see that I was the 1st review on this property. The following is not in any way vindictive or meant to be harmful to the owners. I just feel it is my obligation to state the facts... because I wish someone would have done the same for me. That being said... I received a contract and needed to get into a place quick. The property manager was very accommodating and the transition in was smooth. Now the difficulties I encountered: Parking: When I arrived to the property to sign the lease, only street parking was available. I bring this up because both my roommate and I received tickets in our time there. The other homeowners block up to 3 spots at a time to save for other residents so parking is very difficult. When the downstairs residents moved out, my roommate and I paid $100 each for driveway privileges. I still had to look for parking because her car was too big to block the driveway. Noise: When I met the property manager to sign the lease, she handed me earplugs while saying "A wants me to give these to you" with no explanation. When I asked why, she said she had no idea. This is why- on the right side of the house there are residents who have 1 German Shephard in the front of the house and 2 in the back. They are outside 24/7 and never stop barking. In my time there the 2 in the back gave birth to 7 puppies- who cry/bark all day and night. In addition they fix cars out of their driveway which is a whole other set of noise issues. On the left side is a home that uses a stereo that you can hear from a block or 2 away (I promise you this is not an exaggeration) They alternate from playing mariachi music to aggressive Spanish scripture. It would not have been an issue had I not been on a night schedule. But that also led to music blasted until 4am. Finally we are directly in the flight path so the noise from overhead airplanes is constant. I bring this up because I work overnights at my hospital. Broken sleep has definitely interfered with patient care as I would go to work some days absolutely exhausted. Cameras: And this was reason I left early...which will probably result in me losing my security. I am OK with that because no amount of money is worth my mental health. I was informed beforehand that there were security cameras ON THE PROPERTY. It was never mentioned to me that there were high tech cameras INSIDE THE HOUSE. The explanation I received was the homes were owned by police officers and they were crazy about security. That is fine, and may be fine to other people...but I would have never moved into the property had I'd known beforehand. At the moment of signing I had no other option so I felt pressured into signing. I tried to stick it out, but could not. I rarely left my bedroom in the month and a half I was there...only to use the bathroom. The anxiety it produced was overwhelming as someone who comes from trauma and has anxiety/ptsd. And when I voiced it as the reason I was leaving, I was repeatedly gaslit saying "everyone feels safe with them" According to myself, my roommate and the women downstairs, it is an issue. I sent an email 30 days before my lease enddate stating I was leaving..unaware (simply because it is not entirely clear) that in addition to my end date on my lease I need to fill out a form 30 days in advance stating I am leaving. I made sure to explain this to my downstairs neighbors before leaving because they were unaware as well. I do not want anyone else at risk of losing their security. I was asked why didn't I mention my problems with the cameras sooner. I responded "Why? Would they have been taken down?" I dealt with it until I no longer could and I am OK with that decision. Luxury problems: the wifi is horrible and when mentioned we were told it is a "courtesy" The home retains incredible heat and when we inquired about air conditioning, we were told we would have to pay extra. When the young lady downstairs inquired about an itemized bill of charges, she was shot down. Also, $250 of your security is kept as a "cleaning fee" No cleaning person ever comes. I had no problems with management. I was an ideal tenant. I left my space spotless when i left. I treated the home with respect. They had even asked me to be in a video promoting their properties (to which I simply responded "No thank you, I will pass") Now they know why I would not. Our jobs are more stressful than "normal people" will ever understand. The only thing I ask for is a safe space to retreat to after my shift. Not once did I feel safe in my space. I was on edge the entire time. I could not live with myself knowing someone else would go through the same thing I did. I now pay double the rent elsewhere and it is worth every penny for my peace of mind. I give it 2 stars because it is a beautiful home, property manager is quick to reply and laundry is available on site ($1.50 per wash)
