Great stay!

I stayed here for 3 months and it felt like home. Very clean, safe, and the bed was super cozy! Melissa was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Cozy and safe

This rental was great to stay in. Super cozy setup, safe area to stay in, and Melissa was a wonderful landlord to work with. Only issue i ever had was with a water leak and Melissa addressed fixing it SO FAST! I feel very blessed to have found and stayed in this unit for the duration of 2 contracts back to back.

Place was very clean. The owner was very accommodating and responsive!

Good place to live

The house and furnishings were comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was also convenient, with easy access to a large supermarket, restaurants, and more. The landlord was kind and very helpful in resolving any issues during my rental period.

Great host

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The bed was so comfortable, and Melissa went above and beyond to make sure the place was stocked with everything I could possibly need. She was always quick to respond anytime I had a question, which made the experience even smoother. To top it off, I received my deposit back very quickly. Overall, it was such an easy and pleasant stay!

Convinient & Comfy Stay

Melissa is a great host. The apartment is well stocked with everything you would need. There is a free W/D in the basement. The apartment is comfortable and much more spacious than the photos may seem. The property is well-kept. If ever in the area again, we would gladly stay here! It is close to many restaurants/shops/hospitals and is a short drive to Cincinnati.

Conveniently located

This property is conveniently located to the hospitals I was assigned to. It was a safe and quiet location. The apartment was clean, cozy and equipped with everything that was needed. LL was always friendly yet professional and quick to respond. I would definitely return.

Wonderful experience!

Very nice, comfortable and well kept. Home owner very quick to fix the few minor issues that came up. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay and would recommend to anyone in the Erlanger area.

A MUST STAY

This is a beautiful furnished apartment. The property was well maintained inside and out! In addition, M had everything we could possibly need to make my roommate and I feel like home. If Im ever in the area for work again, I will definitely return.

A beautiful apartment in quiet neighborhood with amenities close by! Our LL was fantastic- responsive and immediately taking care of issues. I highly recommend this unit and would want to stay again if I returned!

the property itself was amazing - no complaints! very comfortable and cozy. Parking provided. Cannot control neighbors but the ones there during my stay were heavy smokers, which was the only downside. but overall, a great experience!
