Idyllic
I had an incredibly wonderful time renting the room at Eric's condo. Eric is incredibly wonderful to live with, respectful and kind. His description really describes him well, he is active away from home and the home stays a peaceful oasis. It is also a short walk to the beach. To me this is idyllic. Between the safety of the condo being contained within a building with locked entries, Eric's ease to interact with and kindness, the light and bright second story apartment that just feels good to be in, and it is about 2 blocks to the beach, this is an absolute treat. I recommend it whole heartedly :)
