Second time staying!
Shannon's place is located in a convenient location. Close neighborhoods like The Hill and Shaw have cute shops and restaurants. The place overall is very spacious with an extra bed. Kitchen space is small but still functional. Parking is usually available right out front but there's usually always an open space on the parking pad. **good to know** Kingshighway is a major street, thus traffic and noise can be a lot. The neighbors are friendly and keep an eye out on the surrounding spaces.

Lovely apartment!
Great apartment close to hospitals! The buildings in the area are super cool and historic. Lots to do in the area. Great restaurants and shopping nearby! Landlord is extremely nice and responsive. She quickly resolved any issues I had. Also ample parking space either on the street or designated lot on the property. Thanks for the hospitality!

Cute apartment with a FABULOUS landlord
One of my favorite places Ive stayed since I started traveling ! The place was clean and had everything I needed. It is very apparent that everything has been maintained and well taken care of. Shannon was accommodating and very kind throughout my stay. I had an issue with my AC and she was on it immediately! She is SO easy to talk to and you could ask for a better landlord :)

Best place Ive stayed on assignment
I highly recommend this apartment! I worked at Barnes for 12 months as a travel nurse and stayed here the entire time. The apartment is clean, organized, and very spacious. My drive to Barnes was about 15 minutes straight down Kingshighway. There are ample food options nearby and a large clean gas station down the road. Shannon is a FANTASTIC landlord and I never had any problems! Small maintenance concerns were handled smoothly and quickly. I parked in front of the apartment building every day with no issues. I never felt unsafe walking to my car or taking the garbage out. The king bed is comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, and the TV has a Roku, so this girl was happy! I was sad to leave after my contract. If youre staying in STL, this is a great safe landing spot for a traveler.
