The Med Center Cottage was newly built with comfort and privacy in mind. The private cottage is set back more than 150 feet from the street behind a gate and with its own private back yard. It is fully separate from the main house, and lives as its own space. The interior is thoughtfully laid out to maximize the studio space to make it feel cozy without being cramped. It also has blackout curtains for day sleepers.

Very nice cottage and landlords
This cottage is very clean, quiet and comfortable, with modern furniture. This cottage is organised in a smart way, letting you actually lot a space. D is really very nice, kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

Cozy and Close stay
This was a great stay as a travel nurse for my UC Davis assignment. Everything is clean. I was with my partner and we did not run into any major issues. D was very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. You can walk to the hospital easily. I'm a night RN and I don't have any issues sleeping. Our Sacramento stay was wonderful! I would look for this place and stay again if needed to be in the area again.

Perfect place to stay as a travel nurse at UC Davis
This was the perfect place to stay for my contract at UC Davis Medical Center! It was only a 6-7 minute walk to work, so I was able to come home on all of my breaks to eat, take a nap, and walk my dog. D was also a very friendly and responsive landlord. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay!
I stayed here while working nights at UC Davis and it was amazing. I had everything there I needed and it was quiet during the day so it was easy to sleep for work.

Great place for traveling nurse
Wonderful unit with a lot of privacy and even a little back yard that's completely closed off to everyone. Perfect for a single traveling nurse. On a really safe street with ample street parking(permit parking but landlord has sticker for dash). Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to any nurses coming to the Sacramento area for work
