great place to live

I loved staying with B&K ,this is a great apartment, convenient to everything and great people. The building is safe ,the apartment is beautiful and when they are in town, you get to hear beautiful flute music! The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need, the livingroom is spacious and there are tons of books to choose from. This is a great place to live

Private room price but with entire unit experience

Great property for my 10 week rotation at NYP Columbia! 3 minute walk to the hospital. K and B (two of the most fascinating and gracious people I've met) spend most of their time away from the property but when they are in town, they'll notify you several days in advance. Over 10 weeks, they were in the apartment only two weekends. Seriously great people who will go above and beyond to help you out, plus as life long New Yorkers they have excellent recommendations. Walking distance to the Metro so you can be downtown manhattan in minutes and cute neighborhood parks with great walking/running trails. Bed is exceptionally comfortable and the apartment is decorated well, plus weekly cleaning service keeps everything tidy. 12/10, would stay here again
