Great place, great hosts

I stayed for 3 months in the fall/winter with my dog. This is a fantastic unit! It's very spacious and has literally anything you could need for a longer term stay. It's a multi-family 3 story but the sound insulation is great and I didn't hear anything upstairs or downstairs. The hosts are fantastic and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and that you have a great stay. They are honestly some of the nicest and genuine people I've ever met. Tracey even carried my 3 100 pound trunks up to the apartment by himself. I have zero complaints.

Great Place, Even Better Hosts

I stayed at this location for three months this summer and I had the most incredible time. I was traveling across the country for school which was very intimidating and scary but the host and her family made me SO comfortable during my stay. They are very quick to respond to messages if you need anything- they even helped me find someone to fix my car when it unexpectedly broke down! They had everything I needed in the unit, I packed very few things and had no difficulties. I had my own parking spot behind the property which was SO nice, but there is also plenty of street parking if needed. I never heard or noticed anyone else above or below me, it was very quiet and peaceful! Getting to and from Providence was very quick and easy. Whether you are traveling for work, school, or just for a fun vacation, I recommend staying here!! If I ever come back to the area, I will 100% try to stay here again!

Home Away From Home

I had such a great stay at this property! E was a great host and showed so much hospitality. The space was very clean, spacious, and had everything you need for your stay. The location was safe and within 10 min of everything I needed to access. I travel for work a lot, and this is by far the best experience I've had for a short-term stay. I would definitely stay here again if I visited the Pawtucket/Providence area.

I found myself in need of a place to stay for roughly 45 days and so lucked out by finding this unit. First of all, the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with; kind, thoughtful, welcoming, and extremely professional - constantly communicating to make sure I had all I needed and that all was satisfactory with the apartment and my stay. As I work form home, I wanted a spacious place filled with lots of natural light, high ceilings, and a large dining room table to use as a home office. I not only found all three, but also an immaculate 2-bedroom apartment with 3 televisions, a full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and a water dispenser with complimentary 5 gallon jugs of water. In addition, the unit came with complimentary parking in the rear for up to 2 cars. The location is in an amazing neighborhood that is close to the I-95 and a short ride to downtown Providence, T.F. Green International Airport, and just minutes to the Massachusetts border. I highly recommend.
