The location is perfectly located to enjoy the best of what Denver has to offer. Fun summer nights in RiNo. A short 10 minute walk to a large city park with plenty of space for your dog to run some energy off. One of Denver's best restaurants and coffee shops just downstairs. Grocery options and bottle shops nearby for those cozy winter nights wrapped up in a blanket with the remote. The space and furnishings are giving minimalist elegance. Comfy low-profile bed. The sweet morning light of panoramic sunrises fills the space providing for a natural and gradual wake-up. Kitchen wares to prepare cuisine of your liking. Large TV with Apple TV for all your viewing pleasures, including a nice sound system that doubles as a Bluetooth speaker for dancing around the unit with the vacuum and duster. The owner is responsive within minutes of contact. Can't say enough nice things about my experience.

Perfect studio

This unit was perfect for my 3 month clinical in Denver! It had all of the essentials which made my move super easy. M was extremely helpful and responsive. The unit is in a great area near many restaurant and bars. Parking feels safe and is in a garage within the property. I really enjoyed my stay and have no complaints!

Remote Work Stay in RiNo

I worked from this studio apartment in downtown Denver for a month and really enjoyed my stay! It is very close to the restaurants and bars in RiNo, but also far enough away from them to be a quiet residential neighborhood. I was able to walk downtown in 20-30 minutes and run 1.5 miles to City Park. A reserved parking space in the underground garage makes it convenient to drive anywhere else you want to go. The apartment itself is very spacious for a studio, with a nice kitchen and plenty of room to work. The furnishings are basic but stylish and cover all the essentials. The Internet connection was fast and I never had any issues with it. There are some good views of downtown and a lot of natural sunlight, which can be bright in the morning. I would stay here again!

Incredible stay

I stayed at this property while I worked a summer internship in Denver, and I loved living here. The space is beautiful, with lots of bright light and nice furniture. The bed is very comfortable, and it has all the amenities you could need, including dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies, towels. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the RiNo district so you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and it is also walking distance from downtown. The place is nice and quiet, I never had issues with noise, but it is very bright if you are sensitive to light in the morning (it never bothered me). M is a great host, very kind and helpful whenever I had a question. He was very welcoming and I was appreciative of the fact that he allows pets. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations for a short term furnished apartment rental, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautifully furnished studio apartment in RiNo!
