Stayed in this home for work for about 6 months. It was very nice, and within 15 mins of the beach. Its a nice quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very nice and welcoming. However, the best part about this home, was Kathie. She was always super responsive and took care of any of my needs very quickly. She made the entire process easy. Truly could not have asked for a better experience!!
We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Kathie's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Kathie was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with nearby attractions We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Kathie and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay-we will definitely be back!
Beautiful, clean, quiet, peaceful home away from home. All amenities available and in great condition. Owner very understanding and accessible to deal with any issue that arise. 5 minutes drive to SMH Venice hospital.
My partner and I stayed at this lovely home for a contract in Venice. Cannot recommend highly enough, the owners were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. This is our 3rd time staying in a furnished finder and this was the most well stocked house weve come across so far. Ready to live in on the first day, very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood 5-10 minutes from downtown and the beach. Would highly recommend.
