Basement Studio with Window

Great place

I stayed here for two months. Heather is great at communicating. Anything I needed or needed to do was communicated well. The place was quiet and perfect for my short stay during my summer semester. It's not far from a lot of places. Beautiful place and had everything I needed.

Great property and private

I stayed for about 3 months at this property and it was amazing. There is a separate entrance which made the property feel private and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property was less than 10 minutes from the hospital and also close to frys and walmart. Heather was a great host, very honest about pricing and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Place and Wonderful Host

I spent about 7 months at Heather's place and cannot recommend it enough. Heather was a beyond gracious and chill host. Any issue we had (they were all minor things that come with renting) were addressed quickly and taken care of. The place itself is really nice, too. There's plenty of space, including a full kitchen and big bathroom complete with huge closet to store your clothes and stuff. It's in a beautiful house in a great neighborhood, too. And the best part (at least right now) is that the apartment stays really cool, so all you really need in the summertime is a fan, and I barely needed that. I will miss Flag and this place!

Great property for a great price

Stayed at this property for several months while working an assignment in the area. The landlord is extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment is clean and private, and a great price for the area. I loved staying here and highly recommend this property, would definitely stay again!!

Excellent Stay

I stayed in this unit for about 6 months. I can't say enough good things about it. I was impressed at how clean and cozy it was upon moving in. H must have great attention to detail because the setup is very convenient and makes sense. There is everything you need and it's in a great location. I worked at FMC and it was about a 10 min drive, very easy. No real issues that I can think of. It is a very safe area and there is a driveway for parking. Packages are kept in a secure mailbox. H was very kind, accommodating and quick to respond if I needed anything. The unit is connected to the house, but it is very private. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Great remodel, great location

I leased this unit for six months in 2022. The remodel is very nice and had everything I needed. My move was from another state so I brought a lot of stuff with me. There is a good sized closet in the bathroom where I was able to store totes and boxes. I also stashed some items under the bed which has a nice clearance. Obviously, there are people moving around upstairs at times. My job was work from home and I never had an issue with excessive noise from above. The family is very nice and even brought smaller packages down the stairs to my door with the mail. There is a box right outside the door. The location is great, close to a lot of businesses and a couple miles from a Walmart. It was nice to be in a neighborhood away from the college area. A park is within walking distance and can be reached by a trail at the end of the street. There are paved areas to walk and trails at the park. More rugged trails are also very close by. Had a great stay and would stay here again.
