Beautiful Cottage, Great Neighborhood and Host

We stayed in Anne's Casita for one month. We were comfortable in every way. The cottage is very well appointed with all that we needed to cook meals. The bed and bedding were soooo cozy. The place is spacious and we had all the room that we needed to store our belongings (including storage space in the laundry room). The laundry room is designated just for the Casita. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and we were able to walk to many stores and restaurants, including the Burbank Town Center. Street parking is free and very easy, and we were always able to park very near the house. Anne is a wonderful hostess. She was available to answer any questions about the area, or provide assistance if needed. She gave us fresh lemons from her tree! I would stay in this cottage again, and highly recommend it to anyone needed a place in the area.

Burbank Area Guesthouse review

I stayed here for a little over two months in the Winter of 2025, and it was overall a great experience. It's a great residential area of Burbank bordering with Glendale, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and groceries. The place has all the necessary amenities for a mid term stay if you are a professional working in the area. Everything is laid out well, with the bedroom separated by the bathroom from the living room and kitchen. The landlady was great to work with, and is responsive to anything you might need, but respectful of your space. One day she asked me if there was anything that I could use, and so I mentioned that a water kettle would be great. Et voila! the same day, she brought over an electric water kettle!

My favorite bungalow and landlord!

I've been a travel RN for almost 5 years now with experience living in many different furnished places...A's place is by far my favorite to date. She is the kindest, most thoughtful landlord I've had. She respects your privacy when you need it and is frequently checking in to make sure you're comfortable or if anything is needed during your stay. She is transparent and communicative and really provided a home away from home during my year stay. Maria, who comes and helps keeps the place tidy once a month is also amazing! The place was perfect. Spacious for two. Had everything I could possibly need. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Neighbors were friendly. Parking on the street was easy. I worked at CHLA in Los Feliz. Typically my work commute would be anywhere from 20-30 mins. The home is located super close to the highway, grocery stores and most things you would need. I've paid this in rent, or more at times, for places not nearly as worth it as A's. Loved it here!

I am a local nurse professional. My husband and I stayed at A'S for 6 months while our home was undergoing a remodel. A'S place is perfect! Clean, simple easy to access, all the amenities you will need! Car port in back was perfect for 1 car and never a problem with parking on the street if ou have a 2nd car. Your own washer and dryer in an easy to access wash room right off the back of the unit. Quiet friendly family neighborhood. Easy walk to local grocery stores. Easy freeway access. Absolutely no reason to look any further...A is so great to work with. She is available when you need her but allows distance and privacy also. We lovingly refer to our time at A'S lil casita as a very memorable period of our life! We look forward to our lifelong friendship that has been established with her! Message A today!
