Deceptive Landlord

This should be zero stars due to Ling Ling Horton being very unprofessional.She asks for advance payments to pay for building materials for a house she's fixing in Vermont. If you decide to rent from her make sure to pay with a check because she will lie and say she didn't receive payment good thing I had proof of the ADVANCE PAYMENT checks she asked for so that she could buy building materials. There's no central air so I had to buy my own cooling device. The yard was over grown and all types of lawn mowers, buckets, and other trash was scattered over the yard.She will contact co workers asking them to see if they can get money from you on her half which she isn't entitled to. She will act as if she didn't cash a check but when you send her proof she tries to find another way to scam money from you. Beware of this place and it's landlord. The pictures are from years ago and looks NOTHING like this!!!!

If I could give 0 star I would. STAY AWAY. Property is not kept up with and pictures are deceiving. Landlord is also a thief! Do not rent here.
