Great Landlord and Place to Stay

I stayed here for almost 6 months and Grace was a very kind landlord. The internet is fast and it's got almost everything you need. Great neighborhood as well.

Cosy and quiet apartment in a great location

The apartment is quiet, cosy and clean. Its location couldnt be better for a workig professional as it is situated in a quiet and safe area close to various attractions downtown, shops and the lovely Delaware and Bidwell parks, where you can chill out after work. G is a very responsive and helpful landlady, respectful of her tenants private space. I really liked staying there! W

Stayed for a few months

I stayed here for a few months with no problems. Washer and dryer are in the basement. There are a few nice restraunts within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Parking is on the road but isnt bad. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone.

Charming and Roomy

Quiet 3rd floor apartment, clean with private back yard entrance. Tranquil garden to relax. Safe neighborhood and within walking distance to fun local cafes, dining, grocery, etc. Street parking was never an issue. Home-owner was a smoker on lower levels and always mindful to keep the smoke away as best as possible. The host is pleasant and accommodating. Certainly a nice stay.

I am a Membership Director who has lived all over the country. And G was wonderful and accommodating at every turn. She has a beautiful which is very well kept. For a great and she is very easy to get along wit. She helped with my lease and anyone has problems. I would guess did a very poor job communicating.

The owner of this property has no where it say you have to pay deposit of $500 when you agree to stay then she ask for deposit which se say its non refundable but she will not refund you the money. She said the house will be ready to move in by the time agreed on but it was not. The house had a hole on a bedroom wall that she kept on trying to interfere with my stay for her to repair it which it didnt happen until I moved out. The kitchen and the sink are in separate rooms . She doesnt allow visitors at the house even if the visitor is not spending the night at the property.
