Excellent stay

Super convenient. Less than 5 minutes from ECU Medical with stores close by. Fully furnished with most everything you will need. Responsive team and a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again.

The perfect place!

This is the best place to stay! The duplex is so clean and very close to the hospital. Each room has its own TV which was a plus for days off. I worked nights and the neighborhood is very quiet during the day and quiet at night as well. Mr. M and his daughter quickly responded to any needs/concerns and are both very very kind! Will most definitely be staying here again if I decide to do another contract in Greenville.

Spacious 2/2 <10 min from ECU

I had a Great stay here. The neighbors are friendly and it's a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe and secure in this area. Less then 10 min from ECU, groceries, Starbucks, and a few restaurants and bars. About 15 min from the local night life(college town) I only stayed for 3 months and I'm leaving before the small amount of snow they recieve but will be sure to return in the future. Landlord/leasing agents were quick to respond, process was smooth and never had a single hiccup. Art in the loving room and kitchen were nice. Full equipped kitchen with induction stove, 2 full bathrooms. Concrete pad in the backyard and a large grass area as well.

Home away from home for medical professionals

This will be my go to property to stay when Im here in NC working at Vidant. This home is fully furnished with nice furniture, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Nice clean sheets and comforters on the beds. Fabulous bed pillows four for each bed like sleeping on a cloud. Ive had the pleasure of living at both of Melvins places. Each one is nice and cozy, also nicely decorated! The neighborhood is nice and quiet all times of the day and night. This is important for those of us who do shift work. The neighbors are friendly. This is a family neighborhood with people who work hard, come home and raise their families. Most important for me is I feel safe here. Melvin is responsive and on top of any problems you may have. Like if the storm knocks internet offline hes on the phone right away with the internet service getting it back online. All 3 TVs are smart TVs which is nice. The air conditioning and heating work great! Need I say moreenjoy your stay!
