Great stay!

My stay with Peter was a great experience! I was there for 8 months & had everything I needed. Beautiful location close to the river & a nice park. Quiet & friendly neighborhood. I had no issues during my stay & would definitely book again!

Great Host

This is a great place for a single travel nurse or a couple traveling rogether. Super quiet neighborhood with a fantastic host who lives next door to the property. P was kind, considerate, and accommodating.... even asking a neighbor to not make noise during the day as he knew I would be sleeping while working night shift. Cottage is fully furnished with off street parking, just a short walk to the river and a nearby park. Pet friendly location... and be sure to meet P and his pup Brutus! Thanks for a great stay P... hope to see you again if I am back your way!

Great location, great landlord!

This property is in a great location for all of the hospitals. It is a nice studio space that has all the things to make your stay comfortable. P is great! He is just a text or phone call away if you have any issues, but other than that, completely respects your privacy. I would definitely rent here if I am ever back in Jacksonville!
