Amiable and caring experience

I am a foreign student who stayed at the property for a month. The property is in a veey safe area. I used to take a stroll often. My stay at Zdenke’s was all about being taken care of my well being and privacy at the same time. The studio was beautiful arranged and also serves a lovely scenic view outside. As a student, I would anytime choose to here rather than anywhere else in Charlottesville.

Lovely, comfortable stay

Zdenka's home was extremely comfortable, clean, and spacious! I had plenty of privacy, including a private entrance. As a student, I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the space was. The kitchen was well appointed with all the supplies I could need. Zdenka and her husband were extremely generous and kind hosts and very easy to communicate with. The home is well located, just a few minutes from grocery stores and extremely accessible to all of Charlottesville. I will absolutely stay here again if I have another assignment in Charlottesville!

Multi-month Stay

I had a lovely stay in this studio! Z and her family are absolutely wonderful--and very kindly let me sample their cooking (I felt like a member of the family!). The neighborhood is quiet, with several nature trails accessible from the backyard. UVA campus, grocery, and shopping options are also a short drive away. I'm grateful I had the opportunity to stay here!

Great Stay!

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect. It is just an easy 10 minute drive from downtown and UVA Health. I enjoyed having access to trails and paved paths from the backyard. The apartment was very clean and comfortable as well! Z and her family were so kind and welcoming for the few weeks I was there. She was so generous to let me try some of her homemade dishes, which were so delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

You WILL love it here

So lucky to have found this place! Z and her family are SO welcoming and friendly. It truly felt like a home away from home during my travel assignment. The basement studio is very spacious, and the bed is just as comfortable as my own. Everything is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Very close to UVA, downtown mall, and hikes. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back if I get the opportunity. I can't thank them enough for how well they treated me during my time here.

Deer and eagles play

Stayed for 2 months. Time past quickly and pleasantly. The apartment is as described plus the outside patio overlooks a seasonal creek and forest where deer and eagles play. And within walking distant a tennis complex bordered by a golf course.

Feels like Family

I found the perfect lodging accommodation for my first travel assignment,from day one Z**** and her entire family have been so accommodating, meeting all of my needs while always respecting my privacy and boundaries.I would absolutely stay here again.This beautiful and spacious studio is perfect.If you rent this property for your travel needs, consider yourself Lucky !!!

Home away from home!

I absolutely loved my stay in this studio! Z and her family are very nice people and treated me like their own. The place is clean, spacious and very cozy. Its also in a safe and quiet neighborhood and literally close to everything! Less than 10 minutes to UVA hospital which was definitely a big plus! I am so grateful and lucky I stumbled upon this place and would gladly come back. I highly recommend to anyone looking to travel in this area :) Thanks again, Z! -P
