Sowcial place, dreamy neighborhood

This is an exquisite and thoughtfully appointed space. It feels huge, tons of light and air. Great windows, including a charming window seat. It has everything you could need. My husband and I stayed here for two months and sad to leave. Irvington is one of the greatest and most gorgeous neighborhoods in PDX. The landlord is so kind and responsive. You are lucky if you get to live here :)

Perfectly cozy!

I spent six months at this property and was still so sad to leave! It has everything you need from the linen closet to the wide assortment of kitchen utensils and dishes. The property owners were quick to respond to any issues (there werent many). The property is settled in a safe, peaceful neighborhood with walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, and parks. 10/10 would stay there again!

I had a perfect October at the Carriage House! It's a beautiful apartment situated in quiet, tree-lined Irvington, walking distances to grocery stores, parks, cinemas, and restaurants. Jerry and Linda were wonderful hosts. Well-stocked with every amenity you might need for a stay of a month or more. Can't wait to come back!

Lovely stay at the Carriage House

We spent the month of September at the Carriage House and would highly recommend it for anyone's stay in Portland! The apartment itself had great natural lighting and tall ceilings as well as any amenities or kitchen accessories you might need, and Jerry was an extremely friendly and welcoming host. Jerry was also extremely responsive to any questions we had or help we needed during our stay. Jerry and his wife's property is absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood is truly one of the prettiest in Portland. It's also very close to anything you might need - Trader Joes and New Seasons are less than 5 mins away, and the Kerns neighborhood is just a few minutes drive or a short walk for great restaurants, bars, and shops.

Irvington Carriage House

We totally LOVED our stay in the Carriage House. The location in Irvington neighborhood was perfect. Close to good grocery shopping and also a unique brewpub in an old church. Lots of good walking options through the surrounding neighborhoods of Alameda, Alberta Arts, Beaumont, Concordia, Hollywood, etc. Easy access to other parts of Portland. The house itself was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. Wonderful light from south and west windows and even a skylight. The hosts, J and L, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We had use of a barbecue, and a lovely covered patio area. They made us feel very much at home! We would happily stay here again. On a scale of 1 to 5, this place is a 6.
