Great spot

Stayed here for 2 months and Gina was a great host. Lots of street parking and safe neighborhood, would recommend.

This is a great place for traveling medical professionals. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Gina was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and close to Elmwood which has tons of restaurants. Also close to Delaware Park, which has great walking paths and golf. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Buffalo!

The property is nice, the amenities are good, but the real star is the landlord. Gina was exceptionally responsive and helpful with any and all requests, and it's no wonder that I met one or two tenants that have rented from her repeatedly. If I return to Buffalo, I know where I'm going to try to stay.

Good Stay For Travelers

Good space and location for traveling professionals. This is a shared space, but never had any issues with other tenants within the living quarters. A cleaner comes every week to clean bathroom and other common areas. She leaves it smelling soooo clean and fresh! Street parking was always during my stay. I worked nights and it was quiet enough to get good rest after work. 9 min drive to Buffalo General.

Great shared space for traveling professionals as described in the description. Very convenient short drive to Buffalo General and the Children's Hospital. Indeed within in walking distance of multiple restaurants on Elmwood. Convenient street parking available, alternate side street parking did not seem to limit availability of space. Private bedroom with additional shared space, single bathroom and kitchen. Most certainly met my needs at a fair price point with a fantastic host readily available and accommodating. Thank you!

The place is clean, affordable, and comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood. This place is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Owner is kind and available anytime you need her. She is an amazing person. Extremely wonderful place to stay as traveler Nurse.

Amazing landlady!

i stayed her for 3 months during my travel assignment in Buffalo NY. i was so overwhelmed with the situation at work and almost quit but because i was comfortable with my landlady i stayed! she will make sure you have everything that you need . This property is also close to pretty much everything.

Great Place to Stay!!!

I found this place at very last min, just a day before my travel assignment in Buffalo. Wonderful owner G responded to my request right away, and made her place available for me in such a short time. Place has fully running kitchen, cute backyard, plenty living room and dinning space. It is clean, located in quite neighborhood,has plenty of safe street parking, centrally located ( 10-15 mins drive) to cool places in city like outer harbor, canal side, and Niagara state park -only 25 mins drive. You can walk to Elmwood Village, walk to Broderick park and rent a bike to ride along the Erie Canal or walk/run along the Niagara River. Overall I had wonderful stay, awesome owner who accommodated what i needed during my stay and piece of mind to have safe +quite neighborhood for nightshift nurse.

Great stay!

Loved staying here. Owner is so kind and always attentive to any needs. She always gave a heads up before coming into unit for showing, a new tenant, or a tenant leaving. Great communication. Room was large and spacious and bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom is shared with others but usually worked out easily with different schedules.

A Great Stay!

I stayed here for 3 months and it was exactly what I was looking for, and is exactly how it's described/shown in pictures. The place was quiet, clean and in a great location. The host was very responsive and very quickly addressed any issues or questions that came up. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

This property was great! The location is very convenient and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants/shops. Everything looked exactly like the photos. The host was great at communicating and handling any issues that arose during the stay.

Responsible and very responsive host

I found this place to be very clean and comfortable. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and the apartment is very quiet! Would recommend to stay there!
