THE BEST FURNISHED PLACE
This is great place to stay as a travel professional. I lived here for three months, no issue of safety. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner is very nice and easy to get along with. The property manager Tom, is excellent. He responds promptly to your call and request. There is always house hold toiletries and cleaning supplies when needed. Cindi and Tom they make a great team managing this property. Did I say it is very clean and beautiful place, home like. I mean it is clean and very quiet. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, private, and safe place to stay for however long you would need. Thank you Cindi and thank you Tom, y'all made my stay in Iowa City a blast.
