Perfect place!!!
Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location! Super private, very quiet, and a pleasure to stay in! I spent 3 months at this apartment, and it was wonderful. The owners are the best, and extremely responsive to absolutely anything that pops up! The neighborhood and neighbors were wonderful, and I did not want to leave! Hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood great for walking/running. within short driving distance from many restaurants and <20min drive from the beach. Good amount of privacy, loved having my own parking space and entrance. Very clean and cute. Owners are responsive and respectful

My stay at Pondview
This was absolutely the most adorable place. Clean, beautiful, spacious and my home for many months. I LOVED staying here and the view was incredible...and the owners were also pretty amazing! Best decision you will ever make.

This studio apartment was so perfect. It was quiet and comfortable with the nicest owners. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a little home away from home.
