STOP LOOKING! Grab this house while you can!

In a perfect world, we'd pack up this entire property and take it with us wherever we go! Unfortunately, we can't, so all we can do is highly recommend this rental gem to anyone lucky enough to snag it. It's a slice of heaven on Earth in the furnished short-term traveler world! My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this rental property, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of extraordinary! So many windows! So much light! Off-street parking. Garage with opener. Finished basement for the kids is a perfect gamer setup! Truly comfortable beds! Bedroom lights and ceiling fans with remotes! Dishwasher! Fenced-in backyard for both kids and pets. It was a relief knowing our pets were safe within this large yard. Easy proximity to shopping and local events. Commutes, even to the hospitals in Iowa City, were a smooth ride even on the busiest of days. But let's not forget the cherry on topthe landlord! R, thank you for making our stay truly GREAT!

This property has the perfect layout! Being a travel nurse Ive stayed in a lot of places but nothing as cozy and home feeling. I would love to have a forever home exactly like this! The landlord R was absolutely amazing! He was helpful for anything we needed and even shoveled the walk way if we had a lot of snow! I would definitely rent from him again no hesitation! Everything was absolutely perfect!
