Great Place
This place was a great place to stay. Enough room for me and my fur baby where we felt like we were home. Close enough to hospital and other things to do around roanoke. Landlords were very nice and timely on responding.

Great place to stay!
This was a great place to stay! The owners are very nice and great at communicating! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house was great and cozy! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay.
Great space with plenty of room. No problems with the unit during my stay. K & D were great, easy to get a hold of. Responded back with in 24 hours. Quiet area with good neighbors. Deposit was returned with in the 10 day time period. I would stay there again if I took an assignment nearby. Terry W.

BEWARE OF PROPERTY OWNERS
Unresponsive to texts and calls from renter. They don't adhere to the lease agreement when it comes to the security deposit. Lease states the deposit will be returned in 10 days. Spoke directly to property owner, stated that the property was fine. Then owner texted a week later that the deposit would be given next day. Deposit wasn't returned until two days later - owner didn't reply to any of the calls or texts or emails from the previous day that the deposit was supposed to be received. Several days after the 10 day agreement

LOVE IT
I was in Roanoke for 11 months, and the hardest part about leaving was this space. It truly felt like home in a safe neighborhood. The neighbors are so kind and the landlords K & D are just wonderful and communicative. Anytime I had an issue with the space, it was fixed in 24 hours. I would have stayed here forever if I could have!
