Bella Vita condo 2023

Both D and myself were delighted with the 1 bedroom apartment at the Bella Vita apartment complex. It was newly furbished and very clean with all amenities close by. Excellent location close to downtown Scottsdale. Central to many venues, but quiet, with plunge pool, warmed swimming pool, gym and business centre if needed. The well lit inside courts are good for evening walks. We enjoyed the spacy balcony as much as possible. Other tenants/owners are friendly. The hiking, biking, walking and golfing venues are countless. Scottdale Fashion Square is a great shopping Mall and Old town Scottsdale a charming shopping community. The excursions to all parts of Arizona and adjacent states are easy as major highways are close by. Our time went by way too fast and hope we can come back next winter.
