My place is bright and airy, with a balcony for fresh air. The apartment gets a lot of light but there are black out shades in the bedroom for daytime sleepers.

Best Apartment I could have imagined. Total oasis!
This was the best shared apartment I could have anticipated finding on this website. The apartment itself is stunning and has everything you need. It's western facing with lots of light and an ocean breeze. The balcony is the perfect place to sit for a coffee or night cap. The appliances are new, the furniture (couch and mattress) is incredibly comfortable and the bedroom and closet are large with plenty of space. The water pressure in the bathroom is truly amazing and it was so nice having my own bathroom with granite counter tops. The location is fabulous and you can be on the sand in a matter of minutes, with palisades park 2 blocks away. If I didn't have to I would honestly never leave this apartment. K and J (her perfect little pup) are the best random roommates I could have imagined connecting with and I feel very lucky to have been able to live with them. I know I will be friends with K for the rest of my life.
