Spacious Bi-Level Apt in the heart of East Passyunk

Great stay

Great stay overall. The home was comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for an easy, stress-free stay. It really felt like a place you could settle into right away. The neighborhood is a highlight, very walkable with plenty to explore. If you have a car, street parking is free, which is a big plus, but it can definitely be competitive and sometimes takes a bit of patience to find a spot. Overall though, it was a great experience and I'd happily stay here again or recommend it to others.

Great location, space, and owner!

I stayed at this property for six months and cant recommend it enough! The location is amazing, very safe and walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores, and great bars and restaurants! Parking was difficult at times, but I was always able to find a spot. The owner is friendly and responsive, very respectful of my space. The apartment itself was perfect for what I needed it for. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom, it was very small, but the rest of the space more than makes up for it. Overall I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay again!

Clean safe spacious property near great restaurants!

This property has easy self check in and a property owner is that is very responsive to any needs but respected my privacy. The space is actually clean! It's so nice! The AC kept the space cool during the hottest part of Philly summer and the kitchen was stocked with kitchen stuff to make it easy for me to prep healthy meals. This very pretty house is lovingly decorated with very classy touches but still leaves space for guests and their things. I saw evidence that the owner is continually making efforts to make the space more inviting. The patio furniture in the private backyard space was brand new when I stayed there. Within view of the house is a recreational park which seemed to have people playing sports at all times and felt very safe. Also, the nearby restaurants are some of the best in the city and few fun dive bars, too. There are cute shops and there was lots to see during my evening walks. Great spot! I plan to reach out to stay here every time I'm in town!!
