Location, location location! Its in a new neighborhood with the view of the mountain and also the ocean(but I cant see it in my room:)), close to vcmc where is my assignment around 3miles! Its a newly converted studio with a private entrance and your own private patio, it has all the kitchenette necessities and a good size fridge . The landlords are so nice, they respect your privacy but theyre always available and check if you need anything. Theyre my role model when someday I also become a landlord!
