Hi hope you consider staying with me. Ive been renting for three years I have two units. Right now Im putting in new sink and stove in the one available end of March. So full kitchen and this unit has a half bath, full is across the hall and it is shared but no issues. Off street parking and a private separate entrance.

Diane is a very nice host! I'm a traveling healthcare worker that works nightshift and didn't have any issues. 10/10 would recommend to anybody that's needs a place to stay.

It is a nice room in walking distance from downtown Biddeford. Parking is convenient and the landlord was always very welcoming and friendly!

Clean, comfortable & cozy.
This was the perfect place for me while I was working at Maine Medical in Portland. My drive to work was only around 20 min. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. This was the perfect location for all my explorations. D the hostess had so many ideas on places to go and things to do that I was always busy. I wholeheartedly recommend this studio to anyone coming to the area.

Great place in a great location
I stayed for the summer of 2022 and had a great time. I was in the private room with a half bath, which also has a small kitchen area, and comfy bed. Centrally located, walking distance to coffee, and a short drive to downtown Saco with restaurants and shops. I spent every weekend at the beach and on the Eastern trail. I loved Maine and this area so much and was so sad to leave. D the host was great, she had many recommendations for what to do in the area, and even invited me for dinner a few times. The backyard area is also great in the warm summer months.

Convenient, Comfortable and Affordable Space
Great property with all the accommodations I needed during my stay in Maine as a travel nurse. Convenient location to hospital, restaurants, shopping and downtown Portland. D was an excellent host and very responsive to all needs while renting from her. Would definitely rent again in the future!
