Quiet and serene location with quick access to everything you need. Patricia and Lou are very gracious hosts who make you feel right at home. The apartment is extremely well done and quite spacious. I stayed here for 3 months and would 100% stay again

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It is very clean, well appointed, quiet, and situated in a very serene, tranquil location. The shower water is hot with great water pressure, the bed is comfortable, the Wifi works great, and the blackout curtains are helpful. The landlord is very kind and responsive. I appreciated the tranquility after long work days!

Relaxing and quiet

This was the prefect place for me to stay while working in Richmond. It is a on a wooded street with very little traffic and a state park one street over, within biking distance. The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings, but still cozy with blackout curtains in the bedroom. By far the nicest place I have stayed while traveling. P is a wonderful hostess and very responsive to any questions that you may have. I Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful, relaxing place

I am so happy I stayed here during my contract in VA. The owners are extremely kind and attentive people. The unit has everything you need! Large kitchen space! As a very light sleeper, I had no issues with the person above me keeping me awake. I would recommend this rental unit to anyone!

Heavenly Home

I cannot say enough good things about my experience living here. If you are given the opportunity to live here you are very blessed! It is so clean, comfortable, and has high quality furniture. The bathroom is big and the counters are amazing. The well water is wonderful and feels so fresh and safe. I have been able to wash produce and use it to make tea safely. The landlords are lovely! They have been so kind and treated me like family while also respecting my privacy. The surroundings are gorgeous. The air feels so fresh and I love seeing the deer. This is one of the best places Ive ever lived. I am sad to go. Thank you to your family and this sacred space!

Wonderful place in the heart of Beautiful Pocahontas Park in Va. P and L treated me like Family. Couldnt ask for better people. I will miss them!

My first travel nursing assignment

My apartment was upstairs. The apartment is larger then what pictures show. I worked nights and had NO problem sleeping. Property owners are amazing and make you feel welcomed. The owners have security cameras on the property; so, I felt safe. The view all around is amazing with sighting of beautiful wildlife with spectacular photo ops. My 20 Y/O came to visit and couldn't help but display all of her photos of the surroundings on social media. And that was just on the Property. You are within miles of the hospitals, restaurants, stores, and much more. Visiting places like the museums, winery, pocahontas state park, and chesterfield berry farm, are just a few of my lifetime memories I have shared with the family and friends that came to visit me. My first time away from family and friends, in many years, and I had no problem adapting.

Great apartment & owners!!

Wonderfully furnished apartment with owners on site. Apartment is large and has more than plenty kitchen space and bedroom closet and drawer space. Owners are fantastic and are super quick to respond to any needs that you may have. Close to area hospitals and other amenities. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

A wonderful and Homey stay away from home

My husband and I absolutely loved this cute little apartment. It became our home very quickly and the location was wonderful. It is out in the woods in the country, but not far from popular shopping districts. We absolutely loved our hosts, P and L G who became like family to us. They are incredible kind and extremely accommodating. Will be very sad to leave, but excited for someone else to have the same experience as us. Definitely worth it!

P is an amazing and very thoughtful person. Apartment was very well furnished and extremely clean and comfortable. She is available whenever you need her and wants to make sure youre happy. The property is beautiful and has many baby deer . Very quiet and cozy . Dont miss this opportunity .
