Lovely landlord, comfortable accommodations

The landlord was an absolute pleasure to deal with; very helpful, caring, and kind, especially when a few hiccups came up during move-in. She handled everything smoothly and made the whole process easy. The unit itself was perfect for a solo traveler. The extra space was great for personal projects, and the covered parking was a huge bonus during the winter months. Security is also a strong point - the building has locks on every single door, so you always feel safe. The other residents were quiet and respectful, and the common areas were consistently clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just north of the Highlands, a lively and popular neighborhood, and only about an hour from Breckenridge for a mountain getaway. For commuters, the condo is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the interstate. I worked at Anschutz and my commute was typically 25 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and timing.

Ideal spot for Remote Worker

I stayed in Unit 205 for 2.5 years and it was nothing but exquisite. Aleta is a phenomenal landlord and is very punctual and responsive. I never had any issues staying at the place. It was quiet, has a full-king side bedroom, and a smaller office, which is very convenient for a student or remote professional. Aria Zen condos is ideal and located in the northern central Denver metro area, with convenient access to I-70/25, I-76 and I36. The place itself is stacked: and comes with everything you need for a living situation. The parking is garage like, which is nice during inclement weather. What I especially enjoyed were the other tenants. It was very diverse, old to young, couples-to-singles with pets. I always felt safe in the complex itself.

Best condo in Denver!

I really enjoyed staying at this place. I visited Denver for summer internship and this place was perfect! They location was ideal because I70 is so close. Most locations are with 20 minutes. For the apartment, I really loved how Aleta decorated the place. Nice furniture and wall decors. Also beautiful Smeg appliances! You will enjoy the stay here. She was super responsive and if I asked for something, she always tried to help. I will definitely recommend this place!

Wondeful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone! Great location which was easily accessible by highway and a really secure building. The parking spot, storage locker, in unit laundry, tall ceilings, walk in closet and balcony with a view were huge pluses! The layout of the unit was perfect for the 2 of us and the extra office space came in really handy. Best of all, the landlord was so pleasant any time I had any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
