Above and Beyond

Scott was awesome to rent from. He went above and beyond to make the place welcoming, pleasant, and easy. He asked about things that I wanted- which furniture in the room, which space to store things in the kitchen, air conditioner in window, etc. He provided all the things I needed in the house. He was easy to chat with and even would make cookies to share, although not intrusive and never made me feel like I couldn't go about my normal business. When I ran into issues with the cars I was renting, Scott got his other vehicle registered so I could rent it from him. Super tidy, easy going, and just generally willing to do what it takes to make you feel comfortable.

Staying at S's house was an absolute pleasure! The clean sheets and blankets made for a cozy night's sleep, and having a TV in each room was a fantastic bonus. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to whip up meals, and the added convenience of a printer/scanner was a game-changer for my work tasks. In terms of location, it's nestled in a wonderful neighborhood. Within a mere 5-minute drive, you have access to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, an array of restaurants, charming bakeries, and Fred Meyer just a 15-minute walk away! Everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Yet, what truly elevated my stay was the hospitality of the host. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and trustworthy, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a convenient and cozy home away from home!

Amazing place!

Im a 30 year old female who have been living in this place for about 6 months now. Its a huge 3 bedroom house, recently remodeled. I had my own bedroom with private bath. The bedroom has a nice window, a big closet, office chair and desk which is great for working from home sometimes. It also has a portable AC, which apparently is rare in Washington! There is also a third room, which is like a mini theater. The kitchen and living room was always clean and shiny. I honestly never had one single problem in this 6 months. Only one other person lives in this house. He is super nice, trustworthy, and respectful. Im so grateful to be his roommate. As a girl who lived in many other places in US I never felt comfortable and safe to walk outside at night. But this neighborhood is so safe that most nights I was going out for an hour walk and never had an issue.
