I had the pleasure of spending 13 weeks of pure bliss and serenity as a guest at Phebe's home. The place was nice,clean, with a comfortable bed. Phebe is a most gracious host that makes her home feels like home away from home. . The place in modern/tempo with all the amenities a traveler needs. Thanks for having me and will rent from you again, if I'm ever in the area again.

Wonderful Space and Owner

I have rented from Phebe twice during my travels to Redding and her home is great. Her property is in a quiet, west side neighborhood, surrounded by good neighbors and mature trees. The master BR is large and situated on one end of the home for privacy. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a dishwasher (big plus in my book.) Laundry is shared, on premises. Phebe is kind and attentive and keeps her home clean. If you are looking to share a home with someone, she would be hard to beat. I hope she has availability the next time I return to Redding!
