Very Convenient, Parking, Great Landlord
I stayed a B's place for my first travel nurse assignment at CNH. Was a 10 min walk to work which was so convenient AND free parking for my car! B was so welcoming and helpful during my whole stay. If I had any issues, he addressed them immediately and fixed them! The mini splits in the bedroom and living room provided great a/c. I felt safe always, nice neighbors and there is a gate before the door entrance to the unit on both the front and the back doors. The 80 bus route is right outside the door to go up or down N Cap to get to pretty much anywhere you need to go. Everything that was needed, B provided. I didn't have to bring any cookware or kitchen appliances. I even mentioned I use a blender and he got one before I came. The bed was very comfortable! And the tv in the living room and bedroom worked great. Packages are delivered to a box on the porch! Overall, B's place was great! I would stay here again!

Great place to stay
BK is a great landlord, and very thoughtful in creating a comfortable, safe place to live. I didnt have to buy any kitchenware or bedding while I was there. The AC units in the LR and BR are phenomenal and quiet. It was clean and orderly upon moving in. I have no complaints. BK is the landlord we all hope to get.

Excellent property, fabulous landlord!
I have enjoyed my year in this location! The apartment is exactly as described. Its conveniently located near the major area hospitals. B has been an amazing landlord. Hes attentive but not intrusive, respectful of your privacy. I have felt safe and secure in this apartment since arriving and I honestly dont want to move on. It is hard to find an apartment with all of your needs but this one is it!

Comfortable and Convenient Property
I stayed in B's unit for seven months and it was a great experience! B was a great host, responded quickly, and handled any issues I had immediately. The unit is fully stocked with all the essentials you'd need to feel at home. It's clean, quiet and extremely close to Washington Medstar. Parking in DC is terrible so having free parking in the front and back of the unit was a major plus. The unit is really safe and in a convenient location. I highly recommend this property!
