Traveling Nurses Retreat Bed and Breakfast

I recently stayed here for 6 months and loved it. The apartment above the garage is very spacious and has lots of room to spread out. They keep everything very clean. I was working in Norfolk while there and it was a quick 18 min drive. The house of just a few min from the freeway. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. If you love walks outside this is a good neighborhood for that. Jean and Chris are very welcoming and truly embrace you and treat you as one of the family. Their kids and some friends and past tenants come for family Sunday dinner almost every week and the rest of the family is also very welcoming and embraces you with open arms! I loved our nights at the fire pit, listening to music, having drinks and enjoying the night. Chris is an amazing cook! We had dinner together most of the nights and when I worked late and missed dinner, they placed it in a To/go container in my fridge. I honestly early went grocery shopping. I would definitely recommend staying with Chris and Jean and would stay with them again if Im in the area.

Home away from home. C and J go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I cant even begin to say how awesome my stay was. I have been in several furnished rentals for my job and this by far is the best. You will not be disappointed. Only negative is, I eventually had to to move on for a new contract.
