West Oakland rental

My husband and I stayed in Josh's unit with our 2 dogs, and it was a great space for us! The loft area acted as a whole separate space to give some privacy whenever either of us had paperwork to do from home, and the space downstairs was just enough for a couple or 1 person. Josh was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in the West Oakland area!

Great stay

I truly enjoyed my stay here and the location was great and only about 5 minutes from Kaiser as well as Benioff Childrens. Street parking was pretty easy to find parking even on the street cleaning days. Quiet area, no issues with receiving packages. I loved the option of having air (even though I barely needed it), and that there was a washer/dryer in the unit as well as an extra sleeping area at the top. Literally everything you need was there and he was very helpful if I had any issues that came up. Would definitely recommend to other travelers

Would rent again

Absolutely enjoyed staying in this unit. Would honestly stay again. Had just about anything you needed and if there were ever a problem J would see to it. The area that its in can be sketchy, but the actual street is safe. Everyone nearby is very family oriented. I even got the chance to be invited to the neighbors holiday party. Close to everything, praying this unit is available if i ever come back
