Newly Renovated Private Studio and Patio

Alex was a great host and Mitch was a great neighbor.

A is a great landlord. Very kind, personable, attentive and always available to communicate and solve any and all concerns. I had little to no issues at this rental. The neighbor Mitch was also a pleasant neighbor to live with who was kind and very easy to get along with. I would definitely rent from A again the future. A is one of the easiest people to work with ever.

my stay at this studio was amazing!! i was sad to go, the landlord was very nice and was always available if needed. anytime i'm back in cali i will stay here again in a heartbeat! the private patio was amazing as well. you will not be disappointed staying here! 10 out of 10!!!

safe comfortable studio

Safe, cute comfortable studio in Westminster. Looks exactly like the photos. Super close to freeway, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, gym, etc. I felt very comfortable staying there, the private patio is a nice little plus! Landlord is very friendly and was always available to answer any questions, fix any issues, etc. quiet neighborhood for night shifters too!
