Perfect Stay

This property is perfect for one person! I pulled in the neighborhood and took a double take but it ended up just being an older area of town. the entire time I was there I had 0 issues. I even accidentally left my door open for 8 hours and not a thing in the house was touched! A retired police officer lives next door and is the sweetest man. Colin and Brittany are the best hosts. Both are very responsive. Overall very happy with my decision to stay at this property. Would recommend!!

Cute Studio

I stayed at Cs rental for approximately 7 months and loved it! This is the perfect stay for a single person with fur babies. There is a fenced in back yard. It is clean, cute, bed is very comfy, and has everything you need! Safe neighborhood. Close to major hospitals. The property manager, B. is more than just a manager ; sweet, down to earth, checked in during bad weather and during good weather :) She genuinely loves her job. The owner is also great and responsive with communication. I would recommend this cute studio and would stay again if I were to come back.
