The Wehmeyer family has been in the Upper Valley since 2015 and in Lyme, NH since 2021. Loren Wehmeyer is a Realtor and property manager (www.VirtualBooksPM.com). Due to the lack of quality weekly and monthly housing options in the Upper Valley, the Wehmeyers chose to shift the Lyme property focus from its B&B roots to meeting the short-term needs of traveling health care workers, visiting faculty/scholars, people needing a place until they can find a home to purchase, families of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center patients, seasonal workers, and retreat groups.
