Wonderful stay!

I stayed on the 3rd floor apartment for 6 months. The apartment was clean and well equipped . All appliances work perfectly. Portia is one of the best landlord I've ever dealt with during my time as a traveling nurse. She is easy to get hold of, and very responsive. She takes care of all requests or concerns in a very timely manner, and follows up to make sure I am satisfied. She sent me a gift on my birthday. Wow!!! I didn't expect that from a landlord to a tenant. I was amazed! The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, easy access to bus lines, major routes , 13 minutes to Cleveland Clinic. There are tenants in the 1st and 2nd floor apartment that I barely see or hear but I was thrilled by their kindness, specially Kate, by picking my Amazon packages delivered at their doorstep in the front of the building and safely bringing them inside. I am very satisfied with my stay and I recommend this apartment to everyone who desires to rent with a peace of mind.

Unit 3

I spent 11 months in the third floor unit. The space was well equipped with everything I needed, especially in the kitchen. And, if I came up with something I needed (i.e. water pitcher, blender), those were obtained very quickly. Landlord is exceptionally responsive to any needs at any time. I never had an issue she could not solve. Would rent from Portia again :)

Perfect for us!

We have been so happy living in our apartment on the first floor that we extended our stay twice! The apartment was clean and well appointed when we moved. The few small things that we needed were supplied immediately! Portia keeps us updated when any work is done on the property. She is a wonderful landlord! The location of the apartment is great and it's easy to get around as we learn the city. We couldn't be happier! We'll be staying into the new year

Absolutely Awesome

My wife and I stayed at this property for 13 weeks. The welcome goodies in the kitchen started our stay of right. The apartment is perfectly located near University Hospital, Little Italy and Cleveland Heights. The second bedroom and office area with two desks allowed us to get work done and have family stay on occasion. The owner has supplied you with everything you need to make your stay so easy. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were in good working condition. The Wi-Fi was fast. Nice to have laundry easily accessible in the basement. The security system provided us with a nice sense of security. All areas around the building are well lit. Any questions or issues we had were quickly addressed by the owner. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!!

The Perfect Stay!

An incredible stay for hospital workers! I lived at this property for a year for my clinical education, moving to Cleveland sight unseen from Minnesota. I am so glad I decided to live here. The place exceeded all expectations. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the hospitals, an easy drive down the road. Portia is a great landlord and had the house stocked with the essentials for me on arrival. She was always there immediately if I had any questions or if something in the house needed a quick fix. I rented the full apartment by myself, which was great for having family visit. The house has everything you could need. A cute living room with a cozy fireplace, utilities included, a kitchen stocked with all possible kitchen gadgets, a porch great for the summer and fall, extra linens, huge closets, multiple laundry machines, parking spaces, etc. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants on Coventry and Little Italy, and even to the hospital on nice days. A great stay!

Amazing

This unit is so beautiful and came equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable away from home:) P is so kind and understanding! She even helped me find other housing when I needed to extend my work contract! 1000/10 would recommend. If I'm in area again, and her place is available, I'd absolutely rent from her:)

Travel assignment Apartment

I stayed here for my travel assignment with 2 other roomates. It was the perfect place to stay for our assignment while at UH in Cleveland since it was right down the road. P was as very communicative and would always respond as soon as possible. The places was clean and very safe. P always communicated and kept in touch if there was something going on with the house. She was honestly the best landlord I have ever had. She is of all the little details like extension cords, extra stands, a first aid kit,security system and gave us a basket of welcome snacks and drinks. If I take another assignment in Cleveland I will stay here again.

Stay here!

Unit was perfect for traveling professionals. Fully stocked with all kitchen appliances as well as towels and linens. The location was perfect for anyone working at UH CMC or the clinic and has some nice restaurants and shops within walking a distance for your days off. The host was awesome and was very responsive if any issues arose and communicated any work being done in the building even if not on your unit. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone coming to the area. Off street parking too!

Great apartment for commuting healthcare worker

This apartment was great for a short term furnished rental! The apartment provided all the necessary utilities and cookware for short term accommodation in Cleveland. I was able to commute to the hospital and downtown using the 9 bus stop right outside the apartment. P was a wonderful host, she was very prompt in all her responses and made us feel very welcome to Cleveland. We really appreciated all the cooking appliances available to us, and this helped us immensely. This apartment would be perfect for anyone looking for a month or longer while in Cleveland. Would recommend again!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was absolutely perfect and P is an amazing property manager as she is responsive to any questions or concerns. The house has 3 separate units, but youd never know. The street is extremely quiet and close to several good restaurants and shopping. Id definitely stay there again if it became available.

Third Floor Apartment

I stayed on the third floor apartment for two weeks in May. The property was very nice and clean. I really liked how the kitchen was fully supplied with a dishwasher, garbage disposal and appliances like an air fryer and crockpot. P is a really good landlord who is very accommodating. When I did have issues she addressed them immediately, efficiently, and with integrity. If I were ever in the area again, I would stay here. I also liked how the apartment was in nice yet centrally located part of Cleveland. Working 12hr shifts, I always felt safe leaving out early and coming in late.

A+ landlord and short commute

As a traveler, I was very happy with this place. There are cameras in the front and back as well as automatic dusk to dawn lights which made me feel secure for my overnight shifts. Access was granted remotely via smartlocks, so I didn't need to worry about extra keys. The photos matched the space, and I was greeted with a snack basket which was a nice surprise. P**** was readily available for any questions, and she made the booking process quick and easy. Definitely give this place a look if you're traveling through Cleveland.
