Absolutely Incredible

I moved here during an extremely difficult time in my life. What you get for the price is absolutely unmatched anywhere else. The homeowner is an absolute angel, and her dog is awesome as well. To be honest, I could probably write page after page raving about not only the property and the location, but also the homeowner herself. She is truly one of a kind. She is endlessly considerate, incredibly kind, remarkably conscientious, and deeply thoughtful. If you interact with her regularly, you will quickly see that everything I’m saying here is true. One in a billion.

If you have a contract at Reston Hospital Center, this place is perfect.

This clean and cozy suite is within walking distance of Reston Hospital, restaurants, and Trader Joe's. A*** is a thoughtful host who anticipates almost every possible needs a travel nurse could have. Guests have their own laundry, fridge, and microwave, but the cute kitchen is well-equipped and available if you like to cook. The outdoor spaces are perfect when the weather is warm and sunny. A*** responded quickly to questions and concerns, and she offered suggestions for local activities and events. The Metro's Silver Line is an option for trips to DC without stressing over parking in the District. The check-in/check-out process was very straightforward. Venmo is an option for rent payments. If I find myself in Reston for another contract, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

cozy studio with everything to yourself! i stayed here for almost 4 months, and its great! safe neighborhood, the landlord is so sweet and attentive to detail! very clean property and quiet! and the area is so convenient, everything is within 10min or less! the landlord has a dog, but hes sweet and wont bother you!
