Charming

This rental has a lot of charm and several great features. The neighborhood is very walkable, close to the beach, and has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes day-to-day living enjoyable. The backyard is spacious, and it was wonderful having that outdoor space especially for my dogs, who loved being able to stretch out and enjoy the yard. The unit itself is furnished, functional, and comfortable, with all the basics youd need for a longer stay, including linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. Having everything ready to go made the transition much smoother. The landlord is very responsive and kind, and shes willing to step in and help with things as they come up, which I really appreciated. Overall, this is a great fit if youre looking for a furnished rental in a great location with plenty of character and outdoor space.

I am writing this to save the next travel nurse, or whomever, from the nightmare of living here. It was dirty and unsanitary when I arrived. The landlord repeated opened my mail, and called me incessantly to do favors for her. Upon moving in, I discovered that the one bedroom is actually a studio, which is fine, but was also full of mold, bodily fluids still in the bathroom, dust and dirt everywhere. Every item in the kitchen was dirty and had an odor. The towels smelled like mildew. The bathroom mats were full of mold when you flip them over. I also moved out early, because I had to cancel my contract, left the place 10x cleaner than I found it, and she is now ignoring my requests to return my security deposit. She is a slumlord in every sense of the word. I am happy to provide photo and video evidence to show my complaints are valid, if necessary. Please save yourself the hassle and do not book this place.
