Pleasant Listing!

I lived here with 2 other roommates for 5 months. Overall the stay was amazing and comfortable. I enjoyed all the amenities offered at this listing. Neighborhood is very quiet aside from the dogs who bark every night but I got used to it! Kitchen and living/commons room was very spacious. Adequate natural lighting throughout the unit. TV was a little finicky and the Alexa device would randomly go off asking to you to pair a device even though it was not prompted to. Washer/dryer was separate in the garage which was nice to avoid the noise. Overall bathroom was clean and water pressure was adequate. My bedroom specifically only had a bed and no desk/night stand. The closet space was adequate and bed was comfortable. This listing is close by major grocery stores and some nice parks! Not a ton of traffic in this area as well and it doesnt take long to get into the city.

Great place

I enjoyed my stay here! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very comfortable to live in. The family living next door were also very nice. I had no problems living at this place, highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and a great central point to many restaurants!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Pedro was very responsive to all messages. Everything is as noted in property description. 1 car garage spacious for a rav4. Very quiet neighborhood and surrounding area. Neighbors on the other side of the duplex are very nice and no issues. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay

I loved my stay here. Pedro was awesome and helps me with anything that I needed in a timely manner. The house has plenty of space, and its in a neighborhood that is nice and has sidewalks. Theres also a school just down the road that has a big fenced in yard, which I would take my dogs to. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Not clean, wad not ready to be occupied

The house was not ready to be rented. The owner is responsive but still refused to return the deposit. He offered to clean the house, but there was way too much to be cleaned, the backyard had many screws and other small construction items. I did not consider this house livable for a family with small kids. I'm not supposed to clean an entire house. Moreover, he decided to not work with us for a full refund and retained the deposit. Waste of money and time. We had the key for 2 days. Happy to pay for those only even though we decided to not move at all and sent photos to the owner. This is the worst experience with a rental.

Great house

I really enjoyed my stay in this house, it was comfortable and had everything I needed! Host was very quick to resolve any minor issues. Awesome quiet and safe neighborhood also. Would definitely recommend!

Such a cute, well furnished spot with everything I needed for a stay! P was so nice and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area!

Pedro was an amazing host

My family and I stayed here for three months while I took a contract in Austin. The neighborhood is nice & safe. The home is adorable and P was there whenever we needed him! This house was perfect for my family.

House Review

P is an excellent propriety owner. House looks just like the pictures. We had a few hiccups because of the freeze and P was able to get things taken care of pretty quickly and actually deducted the daily rate for the time we were not able to stay in the house. Replys back in a very timely manner. Would stay here again in the future. Recommend.

Amazing stay!!

The property was in a quiet neighborhood where I always felt safe. The house was fully furnished and had a variety of kitchen necessities that were provided. The landlord was amazing and he was very responsive and kind to us. He was always available for us to answer any questions if he needed any help. When we had an issue he was very quick to fix things up. Overall I highly recommend this stay.
