Perfect Mix of Urban and Rural

The casita sits on a large fenced lot surrounded by mature cottonwood trees and friendly neighbors. Its equipped with everything you need. The Village of Corrales feels rural, but anything you might need is only a short 10-minute drive away. The village has unique local restaurants, vineyards, a taproom, and art shops within walking distance. I never felt unsafe, day or night. Its common to see people riding horseback or a coyote running down the dead-end road. There are plenty of places to ride a bicycle without worrying about traffic, and the area is very flat. The Rio Grande Bosque Preserve is about five minutes away by bicycle, with miles of trails along the Rio Grande for horses, bicycles, walking, and running. The landlords are great. Even though they live on the property, it still feels private. They are more like hosts than landlords. The ever-changing view of the Sandia Mountains framed by the kitchen window never got old. Every season in the Bosque has its own beauty.

Great Stay

This casita was a great place to stay for my 4 months in NM. Place was very clean and comfortable and in a very safe neighborhood. Any problems were addressed right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Safe and welcoming

I had a great 6 month stay at this casita. Perfect for one person and decorated beautifully. The area is super safe and quiet at night and charming during the day time. A little further to get to the main parts of ABQ like the hospital but personally feel it was very worth it! Would stay again if the opportunity came!

Best spot in town

L and D are fantastic hosts, very hands off but respond quickly and efficiently to any needs or problems. Adorable little spot, very quiet, private and safe, beautifully apportioned space with little homey touches. Walking and biking friendly area with gorgeous scenery or just perfect for sitting out on the little porch with a cup of coffee. I wouldn't have left if I didn't have to and would absolutely stay with them again

Great Casita

Great casita located on a beautiful, private, and gated lot in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood of Corrales. The space is a perfect size for one person with an all you need kitchenette. Plenty of storage space. Easy walking access to trails and driving distance to town. Owner is very sweet and gives you your privacy all while making sure you are comfortable in the space. She is quick to respond to any issues and made my stay in New Mexico very pleasant!
