DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY

I wish I had good things to say about him like the other two reviews but I rented from him in 2023 and he has yet to return $850 of my deposit. I have many text messages to prove this. And when I had plumbing issues, he never got around to fixing them. I'll be posting more reviews on all of his listing sites. But please do not rent from him.

Excellent Host

Nick was amazing and incredibly accommodating throughout my time at his property. It was always easy to contact him for any issues (which were hardly any) that I had. I definitely would recommend!

Travel Social Work

If you are a Travel Allied professional who is seeking housing in Miami, please check this one bed room out. The home is gated, furnished with really nice furniture, separate air and heat units in each room. The house was clean and everything worked! The neighbors were great! I spent 9month there and did not have any problems. I felt very safe! The place is located on 15-20 min from every hospital or correctional facility. N is the owner, very chill guy who worked with me as I ironed out my contract. He was always available and met every need that came up. Thanks N!
