I only got to to stay for a few weeks, the place was clean, wonderfully quiet and safe. I have internet with a very good connection. The landlady is ready to hear and fix anything that has problem. My stay was short but very good. A home away from home.

I rented a private room and bath on this property for 11 GOOD months and I must say...this is the BEST PLACE to RENT if you like comfort(the best mattress), quietness and an extremely CLEAN person. I enjoyed my stay so much I was very reluctant to go back to my home state after my contract ended. Amenities and everything you can ever think about are all PROVIDED(bedsheet, towels, kitchen wares, TV, internet, fridge, freezer, microwave, iron, washer, dryer etc). Just bring yourself and your SUITCASE. Property Owners are HEAVEN sent, they are just a phone call away... they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything necessary. I didn't have any problems throughout my stay and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and very safe. It's about 33mins to shiprock hospital. Walmart and other restaurants are close by. Great place to stay in Farmington

This was a excellent place to stay in Farmington. House has all of the amenities needed. Everything is close by for shopping. K and R were great landlords. If you are needing a place to stay in Farmington I would highly recommend this one.

perfect place to stay

Everything is closed by. Neighbor is really quiet and pretty. Whoever finding a place to stay in Farmington I sincerely recommend this place!
