Our family just moved to Philadelphia from out of state and needed a place to stay while searching for a more permanent home. This was a perfect space for us and in a great location! The unit had everything we needed and we were close to so many shops and restaurants. Reanimator Coffee is right across the street and we visited often, as well as Pizza Richmond and Mom Moms. It was also nice to have a private parking space while getting used to the city and parking rules everywhere else haha. Kris was very friendly and always answering questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect

My roommate and I stayed here for a month and the place was exactly what we expected. It is spacious enough for two people and in a great location. Easy parking and in a cool neighborhood with a lot to do. Kris is very communicative and provided everything that we needed. They even went out of their way to accomodate us since we are medical students. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend renting this property.

Great place to stay!

The apartment is just as its pictured! I love the assigned parking and the private area in the back with a fire place. The location is perfect and literally close to anything, theres a Target and ShopRite less than 5 mins away & a deli, coffee shop and a bar/restaurant right across the street. Central Philly was within 10-15 mins away. The basement area was spacious for having company over and the landlord was super helpful throughout my stay!! He communicates with me in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Definitely would recommend this unit if youre staying in P

Great Apartment!

I loved my stay in this apartment! It was exactly as pictured, spacious, and clean. The landlord is quick to respond and very helpful when it came to any requests we had. Having a backyard and 2 parking spaces was a really nice feature! Also, the proximity to a deli, coffee shop, restaurant, and wine bar was super convenient. The only thing that could be considered a con to some is that the apartment is close to a highway, and while its super convenient to get to, it can be a little loud at times in the back.
