Highly recommend!

We stayed for an entire year at this property. The area is safe and close to grocery stores. The property manager was very kind and available to address any issues that arose during our stay. The issues were mostly related to wear and tear from regular use of a property. whenever something happened, a handyman was available to come fix the issue, it was an easy process. I commuted each day to Palo Alto, using caltrain. The Lawrence station is very close, would recommend using a bike to get there as walking is a bit too much at that distance. The property was well taken care of, and we had enough of the furnishings available for our needs. Electricity was expensive in the winter months, due to the need for heating, which was taken care of by switching to a space heater instead of the AC unit. Overall, highly recommend staying at this property

Great Location/Safe Area

This property is in a great and safe location and close to the area hospitals and everything else youd ever need. A provided everything to make our stay great. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. All of the neighbors are super welcoming as well.
