Cozy CO Stay!

Had a lovely 5 month stay on a travel contract out here. Steve was fast to respond and help when lock batteries went out for doors. Location was great as it was so easy to get to downtown, old Colorado city, manitou springs or I-25. Appliances were nice and new, the covered car spot was game changing for the few winter storms I had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Steve's rental in Old Colorado City was perfect for my short-term remote work assignment! He has built an amazing space with everything you could need and more. It is clean and safe with the keypad entries. He made sure to check in from time to time and even provided a desk for me to have a more comfortable workspace. The location is amazing! Lots of great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops within walking distance. And close to some great hiking locations as well! Steve was a wonderful host and you should not hesitate to book his apartment!

Amazing 6 Month Stay!

I lived here for 6 months while working at Memorial Central and I can't say enough about this place! Incredibly clean with lots of natural light, comfortable couch/bed, and a spacious kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and close to OCC, as well as downtown COS and the hospital (~9 min drive). S was very responsive whenever I messaged him and would routinely check in to make sure I was happy with the place. My favorite features were the fireplace and deck! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quality place in a great location!
