Great Stay!

We loved our stay here! We are a family of 3 and it was a perfect fit for our needs. The house had all the necessities and was very comfortable. It was very clean and felt like a home. We also loved having the fenced in space in the front to enjoy the grass in private. The hosts were so nice, welcoming, and easy to communicate with! They were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious Cottage

Cozy but ample space with room for my husband, dog and me. Good kitchen with plenty of cookware so we were able to cook in most nights. Wifi was very reliable. We mostly used the bedroom that faced the front of the house. In the summer it got really hot, but they had an a/c unit in the room that kept it cool. As temperatures started dropping we stopped using the a/c unit and it was quite chilly in the room in the mornings (perfect for sleeping). Washer and dryer were great! Usually if we had a package delivered, it ended up going to the main house, but we didn't have any issues getting them from the tenants there. On a couple of occasions we got the delivery to the little mailbox on the fence around our unit. We walked around the neighborhood and through the U Indy campus a good deal with our dog without any issues. K and J were responsive to any of our needs. Downtown was about a 10-15 minute drive.
