Not suitable for travel nurses or remote workers!

First thing to know is this is a vacation rental condo complex and all the units are owned by different people and some are handled by property management companies. The office at this complex can do nothing if you have any issues in your unit. That said this unit is on the second floor above the entrance to the garage and the dog park. I work from home and getting quiet here was challenging. Most of the tenants have dogs and some leave them in the apartments to bark all day while they go to hte beach. The building is in bad shape and has structural issues. There is no insulation at all. It is a nightmare to be on any floor by the top floor because it sounds like elephants overhead otherwise. A lot of people come here to party. You will hear the leaf blower twice a day and it can go on for an hour or two. The unit has an electrical short and the lights will come on and off randomly. I had to turn the ciruit breaker on and off to control the issue. RUN!
